C64 Stumpy Cartridge Case

 

I’ve never been all that happy with the standard C64 cart case

A little too big and not much of a looker.

 

Not long after commissioning the Penultimate Cart case we started working on the C64 cart case. The first thing I decided was the shrink it, for our own PCB designs the standard case is mostly filled with air. And after a few back of a fag packet calculations, we’ve managed to squeeze it to a size that will still accommodate standard Commodore 64 1 or 2 ROM chip PCBs.

The new case is already being used for the Epyx Cart. In the near future we’ll have a bunch of other things to cram in the box as well as blank PCB’s for you DIY’ers 😀
